Beautiful collection that compliments Beautiful energy from the owner. I wasn't caught by the positive theme, but I was caught by the copper bracelets and the kind welcome from the owner, Aimee. Most of the work is identified by country of origin, and backed by a stories of culture and purpose. Jewelry and clothes made by entrepreneurs and talented artist that demonstrates the beauty of uniquism, and non corporate, non commercialized, true craftsmanship. Caught by the copper, I didn't purchase them. Beautiful and reasonabl... read more

I had not been back to Northampton in a long time. I certainly didn’t expect to see a vibrant, joyful, black woman owned and African owned business. I bought some figurines for my daughter and 3 nephews. I am returning for the doll. Beyond the purchases I loved most the atmosphere and beauty and a feeling of serenity in the space. Congrats Aimee. I am so happy we found your marketplace. I wish you more success!

This is both a beautiful store with highly quality, artisan created goods designed and specified by the founder/owner, Aimee and made in Africa, AND a community oriented and women's empowerment brand that supports women in Africa and communities throughout the world. My friends have particularly loved the clothing, jewelry, and art pieces. Blankets are also gorgeous.

It's hard to put into words the feeling of familiarity and sense of home I got as I spoke with Aimee and saw, touched, and felt the energy within the art displayed here. It's more than a shop. On so many levels. Stepping in there felt like the restoring of a lifeline to a part of my history that I've been completely severed from. Not only are the pieces some of the most gorgeous and bold displays of master craftsmithing, but Aimee can name the groups of people who made them, and give their history and significance to each pi... read more
