I'm entering my fourth year with Mantis Property Management and I couldn't be happier. As a working professional, knowing I have such a great team handling all of my property and tenant's needs is a great feeling. Eamon has been managing my duplex now for a little over a year and he has been doing an exceptional job. He found me fantastic tenants for both units whom I haven’t had any problems with. Eamon is also great at communicating and he is well organized. If you are looking for a property manager then I would highly recommend Mantis Property management.

Mantis has been managing my investment property since the last 5 years. I have nothing but praise for Eamon and his team. They have been very transparent with everything you would expect from a professional property management firm. They take care of tenant advertising, leasing, collecting rent, conducting repairs, cleaning, painting etc. and deliver high quality results for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company.
